We are an seasoned home decor exporter with over 15 years of experience.  We are looking for energetic individuals to join our team in expanding into a different segment of the industry.  We are beginning a nationwide search for regional sales representatives to approach businesses interested in our products.

We have a wide variety of products that include:
- Premade floral arrangements
- Topiaries
- Wreaths and other seasonal products
- Candle stands
- Woven baskets
- A variety of different pots

All our products are sourced from Asia including China, Vietnam, and others.  We are guided by a strict inspection code and have experience in putting most of products through stringent industry tests for lead and other harmful substances.

Elements of the Program
- 100% Commission based on a system that allows the reps to control how much commission they earn (explained below)
- Full color catalogs will be provided
- NO upfront fees
- Samples are also provided
- No quota
- Work on your own
- Minimum order quantity is $2000
- Lead time for delivery depends on the size of the order.  FCL (full container load) is usually 45 days.  Smaller quantities might require shorter lead time.

Commission Program Details
We do not command a program that sets the compensation at a certain level such as 10%.  Instead we set an "offer price" for all our products and allow our reps to offer a price that they think would attract customers and ultimately compensate them appropriately for their work.  This program gives greater flexibility and better negotiating power to our reps in conducting business.
